AP government grants ticket rate hikes for Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu

The AP government has now issued a ticket rate hike G.O. for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming family entertainer, Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu. The film, directed by Anil Ravipudi, will have paid premieres on Sunday night, and the government has allowed Rs. 500/- (including GST) as the fare for these special shows.

For the regular shows starting from Monday (January 12), prices have been increased by Rs. 100/- (including GST) and Rs. 125/- (including GST) in single screens and multiplexes, respectively. The revised ticket fares for Megastar’s film are Rs. 247/- in single screens and Rs. 302/- in multiplexes. The hiked rates are applicable for the first ten days. Five shows are allowed to be screened during this period.

The film is carrying very good buzz among audiences, and if it turns out to be good, Megastar will create mayhem at the box office. The biggie features Nayanthara as the female lead, and has its music by Bheems Ceciroleo. Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela are the producers.
