Kalamkaval OTT Release: Mammootty’s Crime Thriller Locks Streaming Date

Mollywood Megastar Mammootty recently impressed audiences with the crime thriller Kalamkaval, which hit theatres on December 5, 2025. Directed by Jithin K. Josh, the film received strong critical appreciation and went on to become a commercial success at the box office.

In Kalamkaval, Mammootty appears in a striking negative role, a performance that became one of the film’s major highlights. The movie reportedly collected over ₹83 crore gross in its theatrical run. Now, the much-anticipated OTT release is officially locked.

According to the latest update, Kalamkaval will begin streaming from January 16 on Sony LIV. Adding to the excitement, the film will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, allowing it to reach a wider audience across India.

The film also stars Vinayakan, Rajisha Vijayan, Sruthi Ramachandran, and others in prominent roles. It is produced by Mammootty under his home banner Mammootty Kampany, with music composed by Mujeeb Majeed.
