Massive Public Response: 2.64 Lakh Transactions in One Week
Since its official launch, the WhatsApp Governance platform has recorded 2,64,555 transactions within just seven days. These transactions span across a wide range of essential government services, including:

- 🆔 Aadhaar documentation assistance
- 📜 Other public welfare services
The expectation was that this WhatsApp-based governance model would gradually gain traction.
