Jagan & Bharathi: YS Family Feud Takes a Legal Turn
The internal conflict within the YS family has become a source of distress for the followers of the late YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s legacy. The rift has now escalated to a legal battle, with YS Vijayamma accusing her son. Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, and his wife Bharathi of fabricating cases to harass her and her daughter, YS Sharmila.
Vijayamma has approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Claiming that Jagan and Bharathi are wrongfully dragging her into a property dispute related to Saraswati Power Company.
Vijayamma Refutes Jagan’s Ownership Claims
Jagan had earlier filed a case asserting that he owned the majority of shares in Saraswati Power Company and had voluntarily gifted them to Vijayamma and Sharmila. However, Vijayamma strongly denied this claim in her counter-petition.
She clarified that:
- She holds 99.75% of the company’s shares and is the sole owner.
- Neither Jagan nor Sharmila have any legal stake in the company.
- The ongoing political rivalry between Jagan and Sharmila is the real reason behind this legal dispute.
Vijayamma’s Statement Against Jagan
Expressing her anguish, Vijayamma stated:
“My son and daughter-in-law dragging me to court over this property dispute is tormenting me. But I would like to reaffirm that I am the sole owner of the company’s shares. Neither Jagan nor Sharmila have any claim to it.”
Jagan & Bharathi: A Family Dispute That Shocked YSR Loyalists
While Jagan continues to assert his majority stake in the company and seeks to reclaim the shares allegedly gifted to Vijayamma and Sharmila. His mother has a completely different story. She claims that Jagan was never involved with the company and is now using legal channels to exert pressure over her.
This unexpected fallout within the YS family—between a mother, son, and daughter—has deeply saddened their loyal supporters. What was once an unimaginable scenario has now turned into a bitter legal battle in courts and tribunals.
Conclusion
The YS family rift has reached an irreversible point, with legal cases adding to the growing tension. The ongoing property dispute is not just a family matter anymore—it has become a public spectacle with political implications.
