TG Government Responds to Allegations Over Allu Arjun’s Arrest
Telangana Government Denies Targeting Allu Arjun’s Arrest
The Allu Arjun’s Arrest has ignited a political storm and drawn widespread criticism of the Telangana government. Social media platforms have become battlegrounds, with users accusing the state government of harboring a hidden agenda against the actor.
Adding to the debate, Central BJP leaders, including Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, openly criticized the Telangana government. Vaishnaw took to Twitter, holding the Congress-led state administration accountable for its alleged inefficiency and accusing it of dismantling the police system. State BJP leaders mirrored these sentiments, amplifying the backlash against the government.
Minister Seethakka’s Clarification
In response to the growing criticism, Telangana Minister Seethakka addressed the allegations. She firmly stated that the government has no personal grudge against Allu Arjun. Seethakka clarified that the incident involving the tragic death of a woman during a stampede is being addressed legally.
She emphasized that the law applies equally to everyone, and there has been no interference from government officials or ministers in the legal process. Seethakka urged the public and political leaders to avoid politicizing the issue and allow the law to take its course.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s Response
On Friday, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued two separate statements reiterating the government’s position. He emphasized that neither he nor his ministers have intervened in the case. According to Reddy, the police are acting independently, strictly adhering to the law.
The Chief Minister underlined that the law is impartial and applies to everyone without discrimination. He called on critics to stop politicizing the matter and respect the judicial process.
Ongoing Criticism on Social Media on Arjun’s Arrest
Despite these clarifications from Seethakka and Revanth Reddy, the government continues to face backlash on social media. Many users are voicing their dissatisfaction with the police and questioning the government’s handling of the case.
The incident has not only sparked a heated political debate but also highlighted the growing divide in public opinion over the issue. While the Telangana government maintains its neutral stance, the controversy shows no signs of subsiding anytime soon.
