Ambitious Plans for Amaravati’s Development

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has allocated ₹26,000 crore to develop Amaravati. His goal is to transform it into a thriving capital city. This plan has attracted significant attention from major industries, especially in hospitality and real estate.

Many organizations have already secured land in Amaravati. Now, leading companies like Taj Hotels, Oberoi, Raheja, and IRCTC are seeking land for their projects.


Luxury Hotels by Taj and Oberoi

The Taj Group, known for its luxury hotels, plans to establish a hotel and convention center in Amaravati. With its success in Visakhapatnam, the group has requested 10 acres of land to expand its presence.

Similarly, the Oberoi Group has shown interest in acquiring 10 acres to build a luxury hotel. Oberoi, already involved in a tourism project in Kadapa, is eager to contribute to Amaravati’s development.


Real Estate and Tourism Expansion

The Raheja Group, a major player in real estate, has requested 5 acres of land to start operations in Amaravati. Known for its large-scale projects, Raheja sees great potential in the city’s growth.

Additionally, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has proposed a 3-acre land allotment to support its tourism initiatives. The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) is already working on these requests.
