Now, a shocking case has surfaced, involving an attempt to illegally occupy land designated for Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
How the Shocking Attempt of Land Grab Unfolded
Nearly 25 years ago, a loyal TDP supporter from Bapatla registered 9.5 cents of land in Chandrababu Naidu’s name, intending to donate it to the Telugu Desam Party for constructing a party office in Bapatla constituency. Over the years, the value of this land skyrocketed and is currently estimated at ₹1.5 crore.
Recently, when the landowner approached a bank for a loan, he shocked to learn that the land’s ownership records had tampered with. The bank officials informed him that fraudulent documents had created, falsely claiming ownership of the land.
Fraudulent Land Documents & Police Investigation
Upon discovering the fraud, the distressed landowner sought the help of a local TDP MLA, who promptly reported the matter to the police. Following a swift investigation, the authorities arrested a man named Sattar Reddy, who believed to involved in the scam.
Police are now conducting a thorough investigation to identify the masterminds behind the illegal land grab. Further details expected as the probe continues.
