Nara Lokesh, the IT and Education Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has announced an ambitious plan to overhaul the state’s education system. In a bold move, he directed officials to refrain from using photos of any ministers, including Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, on textbooks or educational materials. Lokesh firmly believes that education should be free from leader worship, focusing solely on student development.
“We need to detach politics from education and emphasize quality. This way, the focus remains on the growth of our students and their future,” Lokesh asserted.
