Naidu’s Alarming Statement: “AP Is On a Ventilator”

Chandrababu Naidu’s Grim Assessment of Andhra Pradesh’s Condition on Ventilator

In a powerful statement, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu compared the state’s current situation to being on a ventilator. During the assembly’s budget meeting held on Friday, he expressed serious concerns about the state’s financial health. Naidu emphasized that while his government is making every effort to revive Andhra Pradesh, it will take time and significant effort to overcome the challenges left behind by the previous government.

AP Is On a Ventilator: Rebuilding Andhra Pradesh Amidst Challenges

Addressing the assembly, Chandrababu remarked that Andhra Pradesh is being rebuilt step by step. The state’s infrastructure, financial systems, and public welfare initiatives were severely impacted, and his government is working diligently to restore stability. He highlighted the ongoing efforts to bring about economic recovery and ensure sustainable development.

Naidu pointed out that a lot of work still lies ahead. While some progress has been made, the path to recovery remains long. He assured that his administration is committed to overcoming obstacles to put the state back on the path of prosperity.

High Expectations from Party Supporters and Public

The Chief Minister acknowledged that the public, party workers, and government employees have placed immense trust in his leadership. These groups, who supported the TDP-led NDA alliance during the recent elections, have high hopes for positive change. Chandrababu agreed that these expectations are valid and pledged to meet them as soon as possible.

However, he did not hold back from criticizing the previous Jagan-led YCP government, which he believes left the state in ruins. He stressed that their mismanagement had led to a financial crisis, leaving Andhra Pradesh on the verge of collapse.

Progress on the Super Six Promises

Naidu also addressed the much-discussed “Super Six” promises that were made before the elections. He admitted that while not all of these promises have been fulfilled yet, the government is working hard to implement them. Some initiatives have already been rolled out, while others are in the pipeline. Naidu reassured the public that his government is committed to honoring these promises in due course.

Assuring the Public: No Debt, Only Wealth Creation

Chandrababu was keen to clarify that, contrary to rumors, the state is not drowning in debt. He emphasized that his government is focused on wealth creation rather than accumulating debt. The objective, he said, is to create wealth that can be distributed to the people of Andhra Pradesh, ensuring a better quality of life for all citizens.

A Promise of Transparent Governance

The Chief Minister concluded his speech by reiterating his commitment to transparent governance. He assured that the NDA government will not indulge in vendetta politics and will remain focused on good governance and the well-being of the people. He appealed for patience, stating that though the situation is challenging, Andhra Pradesh will see better days under his leadership.
