Modi Gifts Ganga Jal to US Intel Chief Tulsi Gabbard
Tulsi Gabbard Deep Connection with the Bhagavad Gita
US Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, has once again expressed her strong connection with the Bhagavad Gita. She stated that the teachings of Lord Krishna have played a significant role in shaping her personal and professional life.
During her three-day visit to India, Gabbard met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss key issues, including terrorism and cybersecurity in India.
Modi’s Special Gift to Tulsi Gabbard
As a token of respect, PM Modi gifted Gabbard a vessel of Ganga Jal, collected from Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, where the Maha Kumbh Mela was recently held.

✔ It is believed to have purifying and sacred properties.
In return, Gabbard gifted Modi a sacred Rudraksha mala, symbolizing her Vaishnava Hindu faith.
Second Meeting in Two Months
This is the second meeting between Modi and Gabbard in the past two months.
Modi first met Gabbard in the US.
Before that, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also met her.
Singh urged her to monitor the activities of anti-India Khalistani group Sikhs for Justice.
During the discussions, they also addressed defense cooperation and intelligence sharing between India and the US. Their discussions also revolved around defense intelligence sharing, as India and the US aim to strengthen surveillance operations against international security threats.
Tulsi Gabbard on Hinduism and Global Issues
In an interview with an English news channel, Gabbard expressed deep concern over the rising atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh.
She emphasized the need for global attention to minority rights.
As a Vaishnava Hindu, she has often spoken about Lord Krishna’s teachings.
She explained how the Bhagavad Gita has guided her through challenges in life and leadership.
Her spiritual beliefs and leadership role highlight the impact of Hindu philosophy on global leaders.
