Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan Extend Wishes to KTR After Gym Injury
KTR Suffers Slip Disc Gym Injury During Workout
Former Telangana IT Minister K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) recently revealed via social media that he had sustained a slip disc injury while working out at the gym. He stated that doctors have advised him to take complete bed rest for a few days to aid recovery.
KTR’s announcement on social media was met with a flood of support and well-wishes from his followers, fans, and political colleagues alike. Among those sending him recovery messages were two of Andhra Pradesh’s most prominent leaders — Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and IT Minister Nara Lokesh.
Pawan Kalyan Sends a Personal Message
Actor-turned-politician and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan took to social media to express his concern and extend his wishes for KTR’s quick recovery. Referring to KTR as his “brother,” Pawan wrote a heartfelt message encouraging him to follow medical advice strictly and rest well.
KTR graciously responded to the Jana Sena chief’s message, thanking him for the kind gesture and support.
Nara Lokesh Calls KTR “Dear Friend” after Gym Injury
Nara Lokesh, the son of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and the IT Minister of Andhra Pradesh, also shared his concern publicly.
“I am saddened to learn that my dear friend @KTRBRS, the working president of BRS, was injured while exercising at the gym. I wish him a speedy recovery,” Lokesh tweeted.
KTR responded with gratitude, tweeting, “Thank you brother.” Their friendly exchange on social media stood out as a moment of mutual respect across political boundaries.
Political Rivals, But Humane Connections
In an otherwise highly polarized political landscape, particularly between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, these gestures from Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan demonstrate a much-needed tone of empathy and personal camaraderie. Regardless of their party affiliations, these leaders showed that health and humanity transcend political rivalry.
As KTR continues to recover, it is moments like these that remind the public that behind the politics are individuals capable of warmth, friendship, and support — especially in times of vulnerability.
