Kesineni Writes Explosive Letter to CM Exposing Brother’s Scam

📝 Kesineni Letter to CM: A Bold Move Post Retirement

Former TDP MP Kesineni Nani, who recently retired from politics after a failed stint with the YSRCP, has now taken a bold step. He has written a letter to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, exposing what he claims is a fraudulent land deal. Interestingly, the allegations aimed at his own brother, MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni).

Nani clarified that the letter was written in public interest, not for any personal gains.

🏗️ The Allegation: 60 Acres of Public Land Misused?

Nani’s primary concern revolves around a 60-acre land allotment in Visakhapatnam to a newly formed company, Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd. The project was pitched as a ₹5,728 crore data center initiative, which includes:

  • 3.5 acres in the IT Park, and
  • 56.36 acres at Kapuluppada.

However, Nani believes this entire proposal is a cover for a benami transaction. He claimed that MP Kesineni Sivanath is using frontmen and political influence to gain control over this valuable public land.

🕵️ Who Is Behind Ursa Clusters?

Nani highlighted that Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd incorporated just weeks before the land allotted. It has no track record, no previous experience, and no visible capacity to handle such a large project.

He further alleged that one of the directors, Abburi Satish, is:

  • A longtime associate of Sivanath,
  • His college classmate, and
  • A former partner in the now-defunct 21st Century Investments & Properties Pvt Ltd, which allegedly defrauded the public.

⚠️ A Call to Action: Cancel the Land Allotment

In the letter, Nani urged CM Chandrababu Naidu to cancel the land allocation immediately. He warned that the deal lacks transparency and is an example of abuse of power under the guise of promoting investment.

🎯 Political Impact on Kesineni: Will Babu Take Action?

Nani is a senior political figure in Andhra Pradesh, and his public statements carry weight. Given the seriousness of the allegations and the family dynamic involved, all eyes are now on Chandrababu Naidu to see if he will act against an MP from his own party.

This episode not only raises questions about land allotment practices in Andhra Pradesh, but also about the internal rifts within the TDP.
