However, Nani believes this entire proposal is a cover for a benami transaction. He claimed that MP Kesineni Sivanath is using frontmen and political influence to gain control over this valuable public land.

Nani highlighted that Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd incorporated just weeks before the land allotted. It has no track record, no previous experience, and no visible capacity to handle such a large project.
He further alleged that one of the directors, Abburi Satish, is:
- A longtime associate of Sivanath,
- His college classmate, and
- A former partner in the now-defunct 21st Century Investments & Properties Pvt Ltd, which allegedly defrauded the public.

In the letter, Nani urged CM Chandrababu Naidu to cancel the land allocation immediately. He warned that the deal lacks transparency and is an example of abuse of power under the guise of promoting investment.
