Following the condolence meeting, Jagan announced plans for a peaceful protest in New Delhi on the 24th of this month. He aims to highlight the alleged lawlessness and anarchy that have plagued Andhra Pradesh since the TDP+ government, led by Chandrababu Naidu, took power.

“We will be holding a peaceful protest in New Delhi on the 24th of this month, the coming Wednesday. This is to draw the nation’s attention to the lawlessness and anarchy that have plagued Andhra Pradesh in the 45 days since the Chandrababu Naidu regime came to power. We want president rule in AP and have sought Modi and Amit Shah’s appointment to plead the same,” Jagan stated.

The dramatic shift from 151 MLA seats to just 11 seats has pushed Jagan to adopt unconventional political strategies. His call for presidential rule in Andhra Pradesh has left political veterans both surprised and intrigued.

Jagan argues that the law and order situation in Andhra Pradesh has deteriorated sharply, with an increase in murders, rapes, and politically motivated actions since the new government took office. He believes that only presidential intervention can restore stability in the state.
