Bandi Sanjay Claims Conspiracy Against Telangana Film Industry

The Telangana government recently announced significant changes impacting the film industry. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy confirmed during an Assembly session that privileges like ticket price hikes and benefit shows will no longer be permitted. This decision has sparked widespread debate. Adding fuel to the fire, BJP leader and Union Minister Bandi Sanjay made striking allegations, claiming that CM Revanth Reddy is orchestrating a campaign against the film fraternity.

Accusations of a Political Agenda

Bandi Sanjay alleged that the Chief Minister is deliberately building a negative narrative against prominent figures in the film industry. He pointed out that an MIM MLA (Akbaruddin Owaisi) recently reignited past controversies involving the industry. Sanjay suggested that the Congress government is using these incidents strategically to tarnish reputations, specifically targeting actor Allu Arjun.

“Congress seems to be leveraging this issue through MIM to create unnecessary friction,” Sanjay remarked, implying a larger political conspiracy.

Bandi Sanjay Questioning Government Priorities

Sanjay also questioned the government’s priorities, highlighting the recent deaths of Gurukul school students due to contaminated food. “Did the Chief Minister console any of the families who lost children? Why one life valued over another?” he asked, drawing a parallel to the government’s swift response to the tragic stampede at the screening of Pushpa.

Political Turbulence Brewing in Telangana

The controversy surrounding the Pushpa incident has escalated beyond the film industry, creating ripples in Telangana’s political landscape. With accusations flying and tensions rising, the situation is turning into a significant political debate.

Bandi Sanjay concluded by extending his sympathies to Revathi, who tragically lost her life in the incident, and to Sritej, who is still undergoing treatment.

As the stakes grow higher, this issue is becoming a focal point of political unrest in Telangana, with new developments expected in the coming days.
