Allu Arjun Joins Telangana’s Anti-Drugs Campaign

Allu Arjun Lends His Support to Anti-Drugs Campaign

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently urged Telugu film industry stars to actively participate in the state’s Anti-Drugs campaign. Responding to this call, Allu Arjun has stepped up with an impactful awareness video released ahead of Pushpa 2: The Rule.

In the video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the Pushpa star urged everyone to report drug abuse cases to the Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau. His message resonated with fans and the public alike, emphasizing collective efforts to support victims and build a drug-free society.

“Allu Arjun’s participation in this government initiative showcases his commitment to societal welfare,” commented a government official.

Anti-Drugs Campaign: A Thoughtful Message From Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun’s awareness campaign video ends with a heartfelt message encouraging people to unite for a safer society. Sharing the video on social media, the actor wrote, “Let’s unite to support the victims and work towards building a safer, healthier society. Humbled to join this impactful initiative by the Government of Telangana.”

The actor’s initiative aligns with CM Revanth Reddy’s earlier request to the Telugu film industry. The CM suggested that before producers approach the government for benefits like ticket price hikes or additional show permissions, they should support the anti-drugs initiative.

Other Stars Join the Initiative

Allu Arjun isn’t the first to join this impactful campaign. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Prabhas, and several other leading actors have already shown their support, making it a united effort by the Telugu film industry.

With the inclusion of Allu Arjun, the campaign has garnered even more attention, proving that stars can effectively influence public awareness campaigns.

Pushpa 2 Set for Grand Release

The timing of this initiative coincides with the high anticipation for Pushpa 2: The Rule. Scheduled to release on December 5, the film is expected to set new records. Allu Arjun’s involvement in such a socially significant cause could further boost public interest in the movie.

The collaboration between the government and film industry stars. Like Allu Arjun, highlights the power of collective action in addressing critical issues such as drug abuse.
