Puri Jagannadh Struggle for a Comeback
After facing back-to-back disasters with Liger and Double iSmart, Puri Jagannadh is in dire need of a strong comeback. Despite reviving his career with iSmart Shankar, he once again hit a rough patch. While several rumors suggest he might collaborate with star heroes, nothing concrete has materialized yet.
However, recent reports hint that Puri might join hands with Nagarjuna Akkineni for his next film.
Nagarjuna’s Current Status in Tollywood
Unlike before, Nagarjuna has been choosy with his projects. Currently, he is only committed to special cameos in upcoming films like Kubera and Coolie. While he is listening to scripts, he is yet to finalize his next solo project.
There were earlier speculations that Puri had a script ready for Akhil Akkineni, but sources confirm that he recently had a discussion with Nagarjuna instead.

As of now, this news remains a speculation. Nagarjuna is reportedly taking things slow after Naa Saami Ranga and had earlier agreed to a pan-India project with a Tamil director, but that film is still stuck in pre-production.
For this collaboration to happen, both Puri and Nagarjuna need the right content. If everything aligns, we might witness another action-packed entertainer from this duo.
